Did you know that the real estate industry is increasingly utilizing social media as a means to marketing their listings and boosting web traffic and sales? Social media is an influential medium that if used effectively can connect sellers and their properties to buyers. According to the National Association of REALTORS® in 2012.
Ninety percent of home buyers use the internet to find properties that would interest them. As a result, of all who viewed a property online, sixty-two percent resulted in a walk-through, thirty-two percent found an agent to use in their search and/or purchase of a new home and seventy-six percent drove by or viewed the property in person.
In this seven part video and blog post series, I’ll focus on social media marketing for the Real Estate industry. First up is Facebook.
